RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If you are not fully satisfied with your product you have the option to return or exchange your item within 14 days after you have received the item(s).

If you choose to return, you will receive a full refund for the item(s), excluding the return delivery cost for the item. All items should be returned in perfect condition and not worn, used or washed. Returns will only be accepted if labels and original packing are fully intact. Also, it helps if the original receipt that comes with the shipment is enclosed together with the returned products so that we have all the information.

In the case of exchanges the same conditions apply and a store credit will be allocated.

 

HOW TO RETURN

  • Contact Dandelion for RA number

  • Pack your items in a suitable package bag/box (we’d really like to try and keep waste to a minimum, so please consider the environment and re-use our packaging as much as possible).

  • Please ship the items in the post to us. dandelion is not responsible for returns lost in transit. We recommend using a traceable delivery method and hanging on to your tracking number.

  • Returns/Exchanges should be sent to the following address: 73 Alfred Road, Chipping Norton NSW 2170

  • Upon receipt of the products, they will undergo a quality review and once cleared, you will receive a refund for the purchase price (excluding original shipping cost) directly to the original method of payment used for purchase. If your order was paid with a credit/debit card, the money will be transferred to the card used at the time of purchase. These transactions can take up to 3-8 bank days.
